Our Health Guarentee

OUR GUARENTEE: I do not have a big complicated contract. What I have is 20 years experience and 7 generations of healthly loving poodles. In the event one of our puppies has a heriditary illness, diagnosed and confirmed by your vet and mine before two years of age (standard time frame among breeders), I will credit the purchase price of the ill puppy/dog toward another available or future puppy. I reserve the right to take the ill puppy back, depending on, the illness, situation and our conversations. I will not be responsible for vet bills or travel expenses. We take every precaution to ensure our pets produce healthy long lived babies. I have recently begun genetic testing, not because I think my poodles may carry something, but simply because more people are asking for it. Our goal is to give you a best friend to enjoy for years and years, not break your heart with a sick pet.

LIMITED REGISTRATION: The registration for all puppies is limited with no exceptions. That means I sell fabulous pets, not breeding stock. I want my babies to go to homes where they are treated as royality, a beloved family member. I must say over the years I have come across some very skilled liars and have made some partnered breeding decisions I truely regretted. Since I can't undo those errors I can be sure to avoid them in the future. Therefore no exceptions.

REGISTY: There are several DOG REGISTRY organizations. AKC (American Kennel Club)and UKC (United Kennel Club)are the oldest. They are the two registries familiar to most people. One is not better than the other, they are simply 2 different organizations. The function of these registries is simply to accurately record the dogs ancestory. They each have different rules especially in regard to Parti poodles. AKC will register parti poodles but does not allow them to participate in EVENTS. They also endorse the PAWS BILL that they will benift from finacially. For this reason Poodle breeders have begun to boycott AKC and register their poodles with UKC who do not treat parti poodles as "second class citizens". Breeders feel that if AKC is willing to accept money for registration then EQUAL RIGHTS should be given to all colors of the breed. For this reason some of our poodle babies will be registered with UKC. Since UKC does not have a "limited registration" option they will be sold with a spay/neuter agreement as I refuse to sell BREEDING STOCK.

SPAY/NEUTER AGREEMENT: If you are buying one of our UKC puppies please copy and paste the following into an email and send to me AT bjdpamperedpets@yahoo.com I agree to have the puppy I purchased from PAMPERED POODLES 4 U spay/neutered at 6 months to 1 year of age. I understand that I will recieve my UKC registration papers at the time I provide proof it has been done.
